Reflection: I decided to dig out these insoles that this podiatrist gave me because my planter fasciitis was three times the normal thickness. They do not fit really in my shoes but last night with my heel hurting so bad I put them in my slippers and my heel pain did go away for the night. The walk was okay but my heel of my foot would go up and down during walk I think I may have two pretty blisters later. Not good!!
