Reflection: That walk was okay. My left knee was feeling this walk. Again, my ankles are just hurting. Could it be caused by bad shoes? I am suppose to go to Sears and look at a treadmill they have. I guess all there 2009 models are on closeout. See you next time....happy walking!!
