Reflection: I really wanted Jullian Michaels workout DVDs but went to Target to look at clearance items and I saw this Biggest Loser one and it looked like a lot of upright exercises. With my bad back I did not want to do floor exercises. I can say...Bob pushes you as hard as he pushes the contestants on Biggest Loser. He motivates you to keep going...keep moving. Bob tells you that you will get it eventually that the Biggest Loser people did not get it in a day it takes time. I have to say I may do this a couple times a week if not maybe just on the weekend. So instead of my famous (not really famous) closing...I will just say keep moving!
