Reflection: This walk can be described in two words...NICE and EASY. As you can tell I took another weekend off. That again was a bad move. My planter fasciitis is killing me. I walked today in my asics...my feet didn't really bother me during the walk. But as soon I step off the treadmill I can feel the heel in my left foot just burning and thrumbing. Urrgh! Also, I have been experiencing some left knee pain.
