Sixteenth Walk

Time: 10:00
Miles: .32
Speed: 2.0

Reflection: Okay you maybe thinking, "Why did she only walk .32 miles...she was doing so good walking .50?" See my previous post was the Biggest Loser Cardio Max. Yeah, Bob kick my ass! My thigh and butt muscle are killing me!!! Walking is less painful but my legs felt so heavy during this walk. The point is a little pain did not stop me from even a little walk. I have to keep moving to accomplish my goal. Tomorrow maybe another cardio...until then.
