Reflection: Again another walk. I know distance SUCKS! My right knee was have some issues. I told you I was the way I am loving the new balance shoes and super feet insoles.

22nd Walk - I'M BACK....I PROMISE

Reflection: Okay...I did leave you guys. Again, I personally think it was self-sabotage. I really enjoyed my walks. I thought I was seeing changes but again this mysterious "shortness of breath" stopped me....right in the middle of my progress. I believe it was self-sabotage. But today I decided it is time to hit the treadmill again. I am BACK. Everyday with a great make you smile and think "this girl really needs help beyond a blog." I will be going to Wisconsin Dells soon...I may fall off the wagon. This walk was good. I tied my shoes different so the back of the right one did not bother me. We will see what happens tomorrow.

21st Walk

Reflection: I am back again. I finally went and got for some running shoes. Very interesting experience if you have never done it. I walk funny and I have a high arch so I ended up with some fancy insoles and New Balance shoes.

After a very busy weekend, I finally got a chance to try them out on the treadmill. My feet felt good during the walk. I notice that the back of the right one did move a little in the back. Will try them out again tomorrow.

20th Walk

Reflection: This walk started out okay but after a couple minutes I started to breathe heavy and felt like my heart was racing. My right side started to hurt around three minutes. I don't know what happen I was doing so good with no problems but my heel. I will be back on Saturday...until then happy walking!

19th Walk - I'm Back!!

Reflection: I have been a very bad walker. I broke my commitment to myself and you my readers. My legs felt like they each weighed 500 pounds. It was hard to get to that eight minute walk last Thursday. I think I did too much. I did that Cardio Max video and walked last Tuesday. I believe that was just too much for my bones to handle. My heels still hurt but I figure I need to push through it until I can get to the doctor. I can't go back to sitting in recliner again.

Biggest Loser was on tonight! Did you watch?? John looks amazing. Purple team girl is a little helper and has such a positive attitude. What about the green team having surgery and walked 13 miles the next day!! If she can have surgery and come back and walk 13 miles I think I can walk my ten minutes or whatever it is. Haha!!

Keep walking...the pain will go away!

18th Walk

Reflection: I was trying to do a ten minute walk or half-mile but my legs were not letting me. My legs feel extremely heavy. The top of my feet started to burn. The walk was HARD, legs HEAVY, and muscles HURT! Hope to get back on schedule soon. Until next time...keep walking!!
